S C Dubey takes over as BAU vice-chancellor Ranchi: Assistant director general (plant protection and bio-safety), Indian Council for Agriculture Research S C Dubey on Tuesday took over as the vice chancellor of Birsa Agricultural University (BAU). His term will be for three years. In a meeting with BAU officials, he directed the deans and directors to submit details of vacant positions of officers, teachers, scientists and non-teaching staff to the administration within a week so that all posts could be advertised by Jharkhand Public Service Commission and Jharkhand State Staff Selection Commission within a month.
