Over the five years of women programs we have learned without question that it matters. It matters that their voices are truly heard. It matters they are a critical mass, not a token few. Conversations over the past year leave no doubt progress is connected. They can fund raise and provide models of leadership. And women ceos need women lawmakers who can champion the kinds of lawmakers and to grow the numbers in Business Leadership we need more Women Entrepreneurs like those generous to participate in our women rule week. Lets look at what were dealing with quickly on storm scan three. We have showers and storms moving into area just off to the west and you cane that segment there, what we saw ncc or a conn recollective complex moving through central pennsylvania. As i zoom in i want you to notice shape, that comma shape, generally an indication of Straight Line wind gusts. Not seeing a ton of lightening. Mainly heavy rain, west of lancaster. We expect as we go through morning that this will weaken, but the storms try to Stay Together until 7 00 or 8 00 and then fizzle. There is a chance those showers air storms make it into philadelphia later this morning but by afternoon hours we will clear things out and everything is looking better, by 3 00 p. M.
