CAA is formalizing the creation of a department dedicated to the fast-growing podcast space and has put one of its veteran audio agents in charge of the group. Josh Lindgren has been named head of the agency s podcast department. The promotion comes nearly three years after he joined CAA s touring department from Billions Corp. Josh has long been at the forefront of the podcast market, and his deep passion for and understanding of the medium have been essential to accelerating the growth of CAA s business, said co-chairman Kevin Huvane. Josh has done a remarkable job to expand our clients’ creative footprint in podcasting and we are excited to have him lead the department to new heights. ....
