Vikings boys remain undefeated Cape freshman Brian Fleming powers to a first-place finish in the 100 butterfly in 59.09. DAN COOK PHOTOS Dan Cook February 1, 2021 The Cape boys’ swim team moved to 6-0 on the season in a 101-69 victory over Caesar Rodney Jan. 29 at the Milford Boys & Girls Club. The Caesar Rodney girls nipped the Lady Vikings 86-84. Cape is now 4-2 on the season. Cape’s medley relay team of Thomas Weeks, Brian Fleming, Josh Turek and Josh Reinhold took first in 1:47.38. Turek followed with a time of 1:59.78 for first place in the 200 freestyle. Reinhold took top honors in the 50 freestyle in 23.41. Fleming won the 100 fly in 59.09. Marcus Gromofsky won the 100 free in 51.09. Reinhold, Gromofsky, L.B. Harrington and Aaron Senturk won the 200 free relay in 1:36.72. Gromofsky continued to dominate the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:00.55. Fleming, Turek, Thomas Weeks and Gromofsky finished the meet with a time of 3:37.34 to win the 4 ....
