Charges attorney general eric holder held back liberal opinion that captured terrorists deserve constitutional rights. eric holder filed a brief that said an american president does not have the power to hold a u.s. citizen indefinitely. the country should assume some risk for that not to happen. to be fair mr. holder has been consistent in his belief. the fact that the brief is just now coming to light has fox news dana perino who joins us. what s your real beef with holder? here is the thing. the attorney general, when he was confirmed by the united states senate was asked is your questionnaire complete and thorough and under oath he said that it was. now we know that he had filed this brief as a friend of the court brief ameek cuss brief in which he said, is he not defending a client. he was wanting to be a party to the case. and said that he doesn t think that the president of the united states has the right to hold someone as enemy combatant. bill: you think it s a deception? ....
