Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) vice-chancellor (V-C) Satbir Singh Gosal called for the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in biotechnology for experimentation and genotyping at the three-day national symposium on 'Genomics revolution to foster advances and innovations in crop improvement'.
Through video messages from the US, farmers, namely Jasbir Singh Sidhu, Charanjit Singh Batth (popularly called the Raisin King of US) and Gary Chahil provided a deep insight into the cultivation practices.
