$5.5M construction/renovation project underway at Bi-Con
Crews relocating utility services at the campus on Clay Pike Road in Derwent before construction starts in June.

DERWENT An estimated $5.5 million construction and renovation project is underway at Bi-Con Service s campus on Clay Pike Road in Derwent.
Crews are relocating utility lines to pave the way for a new two-story, 15,000-square-foot office building behind the current building. The project will also include renovations to the current two-story building with similar square footage.
The two buildings will be joined by a 9,000-foot atrium-style connector.
The new addition will add nearly 90 new offices and numerous conference areas and collaborative working spaces, said Bi-Con President Denny Patterson. The second phase of construction will include modernizing the existing work areas. ....
