Amaravati, March 12 : Within hours of meeting the family members of Indian flag designer Pingali Venkaiah on Friday, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi recommending a Bharat Ratna to be awarded to him posthumously.
