There was no line Thursday afternoon, April 15, 2021, for the COVID-19 vaccination clinic open until 6 p.m. at the Dayton Convention Center. Walk-ins are welcome for the Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County clinic administering the Pfizer vaccine to those 16 and older. JIM NOELKER / STAFF
There were plenty of vaccines and no lines Thursday afternoon for a coronavirus vaccination clinic at the Dayton Convention Center.
Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County opened the clinic to walk-ins, but was experiencing a lull.
“We have a lot of availability, come on down” said Dan Suffoletto, public information supervisor. “If you are looking to get a vaccine and you are having trouble scheduling, this is a great weekend to go ahead and do it because we have lots of openings.” ....

excessive force. but this lawsuit is not about that. it is not about what the police did with respect to the disabled man in the wheelchair. this is a free-speech case. the aclu says the police violated the rights after witness when they arrested him when all he was doing was questioning what they were do g doing. the incidents was captured and posted on youtube. metro police are shown pulling a man from a wheelchair and throwing him to the ground. the officers said the disabled man was loud and belligerent. lawrence miller witnessed the incident and he was also arrested. miller says all he did was ask the police questions about what they were doing. i never saw any i did not assault anyone. i believe my conduct, it was as any concerned citizen would be. just to say something p putt know, if you see something. metro s not so if you see something, say something. i said something. i was arrested. reporter: the aclu says miller s first amendment right to free speech ....
