After Two-Year Battle, 11-Year-Old Boy Finishes Cancer Treatments

After battling cancer for two-and-a-half years, a Virginia boy has overcome the odds. Ethan Dixon is officially done with cancer treatments with ample time for the holiday season.
For 11-year-old Ethan of Haymarket, the good news could not have come soon enough.

“I don’t have to feel disgusting at the clinic … and I don’t have to go to sleep at the hospital,” he said.
Great news! You may recall Ethan Dixon from Haymarket, who was battling cancer. In 2018, the Haymarket Police Dept threw him a Christmas celebration + made him an honorary officer.
