Going through foster care I feel like I ve never grown connected to anybody because of the constant moving, Ramirez says. commuters. on monday, they had a really rough day with hot temperatures and broken down trains and last night, we had strong storms that knocked down trees and power lines and that halted uh, train service between philadelphia, new york and washington, d.c. and some of the people weren t able to get on the trains at that point. so a really rough couple of days. this all came after we saw embarrassing mechanical failure for a marc train monday night and what people are calling a pathetic response to the break down. and more delays after yesterday s commute. we want to apologize on behalf of amtrak for what happened yesterday and assure our customers that we re investigating what happened. reporter: now some of the customers that were on those trains say they are happy to hear that there will be a full investigation because they don t want to see what happened with folks sitting on trains in hot temperatures happen again. reporting live at mount royal, sherrie johnson ....
