Gary Berzack Joins Diversified as Vice President, Corporate Controller

Gary joins Diversified from LogistiCare Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of The Providence Service Corporation (NASDAQ: PRSC) and the nation’s largest manager of non-emergency medical transportation programs.
Gary began his accounting career at EY, first in Johannesburg, South Africa, and then transferring to the firm’s Atlanta office. He was recruited to the private sector by a former client, initially joining private equity backed Global Aviation Holdings and eventually gaining additional private equity and public company experience at WestRock (NYSE: WRK), Serta Simmons Bedding (a private equity portfolio company under Advent
