Once I start, I could paint morning, noon and night, and forget even to eat at times until the hunger pangs really kick in, Bertie told The Corkman. Even when I m out and about I m constantly making a picture and imagining what colours I would mix to achieve a certain shade in a landscape or the sky, he explained.
