Elizabeth Leber has been appointed managing partner of Beyer Blinder Belle, taking on the new role in her 20th year with the company. She will work alongside the firm s 11 partners and chief operating officer David Freedman as the fifth managing partner in the firm s 53-year history. Previously, Frederick A. Bland served as managing partner for 16 years and will continue serving the firm as partner emeritus.

Kris Yates has been appointed chief commercial officer, a newly created position, at Brown Jordan. She will be based on the West Coast overseeing direction for all Brown Jordan outdoor brands. Guerin comes to the role with more than 30 years of business finance experience, most recently having served as COO and CFO at environmental services and waste management provider Clean Earth Inc. At Brown Jordan, he will oversee the company’s financial strategies and manage its outdoor living and contract furnishings divisions.

Brown Jordan Inc. a U.S. designer, manufacturer and marketer of luxury home, outdoor and upscale contract furnishings, has named Bernie Guerin as Chief Financial Officer of Brown Jordan Inc. and Kris Yates as Chief Commercial Officer, a newly created position.
In assuming this role, Guerin is charged with overseeing the company’s finances and directing a path toward increased revenue and long-term profitability. Additionally, he manages a top-notch team that aligns two segments – Outdoor Living and Contract Furnishings – as well as the six individual brands comprised in the Brown Jordan Inc. portfolio Brown Jordan, Tropitone, Castelle, Charter, Texacraft and Winston.
