Facility. This is a large facility made up of three buildings that deals with the developmentally disabled. Its called Inland Regional Center. They do care for people who are disabled. They walked in a secured building and once inside opened fire and were told began moving around the building continuing to shoot. The phone calls went out from inside the buildings. The alarm went off for the building for everybody inside to shelter in place. We know that because some of the folks inside were immediately texting friends and family outside the building to tell them what was happening. They were hiding inside the building. After maybe 20 minutes of this, they were given the order to get out of the building and evacuate the building with their hands raised. Hundreds of people came out with their hands up.
