The east of San Bernardino. Police say they received a tip earlier today and issued a search warrant on that residence. Thats when they located the two suspects and then there was the police chase that led them back to San Bernardino and then we had the Police Shootout where the two services one a man one a woman were shot and killed by Police Officers. It just starts moments before terrified people are told they have to evacuate the building. You can see some of them with their arms raised up as police tell them they have to get out.
