145 can accommodate five guest suites on the lower deck, a master stateroom on the main deck forward and a second master suite behind the wheelhouse on the bridge deck. The full-beam main deck stateroom is divided into three separate zones with a private bar, lounge area and night area, as well as a fold-down balcony.

Unusually for this size yacht, there is a second full-beam master suite on the main deck forward with direct access to the spa pool on the foredeck protected by the high, flared bow.
There are three other guest suites on the lower deck, as well as four dining areas on the yacht: one on the flybridge with bar, another on the upper deck forward, as well as one in the aft cockpit and the interior dining room. There is also a sauna, a dedicated laundry walk-in pantry, three crew cabins and a captain’s cabin on the lower deck.
