Well, i mean, its not inconceivable that a small percentage of them will try to move north and eventually come to the united states. Historical experience says theyll mostly immigrant within the area. Thats what happened normally in Central America. Its happened even in mexico. Migration into mexico, something people dont talk about all that much. I know the experience of my home country, peru, very well. Its a country that in the last 50 years has seen, i mean, colossal amounts of migration internally. So much so that everything has impacted the economy and institutions.
