FREEPORT Anthony Panciocco went 3 for 4 and scored three runs, and Nathan Abbott was 3 for 4 with three RBI as Freeport remained undefeated with a 12-6 baseball win Friday against Morse.
Morse (1-2) took a 4-3 lead with four runs in the top of the third inning, paced by Gabe Aucoin’s two-run double, but the Falcons (8-0) answered with five in the bottom half.
Brogan Shaw was 2 for 2 with a two-run homer for Morse.
GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 2, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 1: Dylan Henry singled to lead off the bottom of the sixth and scored the go-ahead run on a double play as the Patriots (2-5) edged the Seagulls (4-4) in Gray.
The Falcons only out-hit the Patriots 6-5, but made the most of their base runners.

GRAY Freeport scored 10 runs in the first three innings and beat host Gray-New Gloucester 12-1 in six innings in a WMC baseball game Thursday.
Anthony Panciocco went 3 for 4 with two RBI and Caden Benedict had two hits and scored four runs for the Falcons, who beat the Patriots for the second straight day to improve to 2-0.
Ben Wildes drove in Gray-New Gloucester’s only run with a double. Zach Winchester, Ian Libby and Austin Albert all pitched for the Patriots, with Winchester getting the start and the loss. The trio combined to give up six hits. The Patriots offense produced five hits.
