Gov. Tony Evers deserves our praise for trying to bring Wisconsin into the 21st century with his proposal to legalize marijuana. On Sunday, Evers announced that legalizing marijuana would be part of his upcoming budget. He said it would “generate $165 million annually,” which would be a nice financial boost for the state.
