Merriman earns second All-American designation
For many high school wrestlers, the state tournament is the largest bracket they will see in their careers, but for two Monett boys, a three-day, 100-person bracket was what they saw at the end of April.
Junior Harrison Merriman, third-place finisher at state at 285 pounds, and Simon Hartline, state runner-up at 106 pounds, each competed at the National High School Coaches Association High School Nationals in Virginia Beach, Va.
