The last play i did was a beautiful play by Bill Nicholson called shadowlands, which is a movie with debra winger and tony hopkins about cs lewis and his late flowering love. And its shot through with great wit and humour about this very closed off man who finds love late in life, and then she dies. Just trying to find placement for everybody. Scott, what did you see . All penetrating wounds. Whether it was shrapnel or whether it was direct hits, you know the sickest patients were the ones that, that had direct hits to the torso or abdomen. Gunshot wound to the head. As all these patients are coming in, are you in your head wondering what happened . None of us really truly knew what happened. We didnt know how many people were shot, we didnt know how many assailants. Didnt have the time . Dont have time. Did you have places to put everybody . Influx of 200 patients. We were already busy, was, a challenge. And, i think, the most important thing that i felt and saw that night was, a calmness throughout the chaos. We knew had to remain calm.
