Man charged with stealing multiple bicycles in Bethesda area
Detectives found more than 100 in Wheaton backyard, looking for owners

Montgomery County police charged a man last month with stealing multiple bicycles in the Bethesda area, then storing them at a home in Wheaton.
Keith Bembry Oneal Sims, 28, of the 13500 block of Georgia Avenue, was charged with the thefts on a warrant issued in mid-December, police said in a press release on Wednesday.
Police said detectives started investigating three stolen bikes from the storage area of an apartment building in the 6400 block of Rock Forest Drive in November. ....
