Our goal was to see the birthplace of Daniel Webster. We had been there with our children more than 40 years ago and thought we knew where we were going. At one point we stopped to confirm our directions with a workman on the side of the road. He said he had driven by the birthplace many times but couldn’t tell us exactly where to go. ....
