Joe Hannoush, DUI court still uplifting Each year as a snowbird in Daytona Beach, I find my way to Volusia County Court and the DUI program as a visitor. This year, with everything going on with the COVID-19 virus, we decided to stay home in New York. I contacted Judge Judith Campbell, who heads the program, with interest in still being a part of the program and she welcomed my input as part of the Zoom meetings each week. I have nearly 47 years in recovery from alcohol and being a part of this program is beneficial to me. I have participated in these proceedings for the past four weeks and never get tired of witnessing people getting their lives back. ....
