The Springfield Platteview Community Schools Board of Education has appointed Adam Larson to fill the rest of Brian Wichman’s term, which ends on Jan. 9, 2025, according to board meeting minutes. Wichman moved out of the district to be closer to family after serving on the board for 11 years.
