$55,000 Theft of Sunglasses and More in Murfreesboro May 13, 2021 at 11:24 am by WGNS $55,000 worth of sunglasses and more were stolen from a local business in Murfreesboro. Detectives now need assistance from the public in identifying the individual who entered Bella Optical at 836 N. Thompson Lane, and allegedly stole several pairs of high-end sunglasses and other items on May 8th, 9th and 10th. The unknown culprit reportedly stole approximately $55,000.00 worth of items during the 3-day period. Evidently, the business was closed at the time of the thefts.
