th, 2021 – Itaca Finance S.A., a company controlled by Alpha Private Equity, reached late last year an agreement for the sale of 100% of Savio Group to Vandewiele, a Belgian global leading group active in the construction and installation of textile machinery.
The completion of the transaction is expected in spring 2021. Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed. ....
