The aparthotel - which opened at the end of December 2019 - is the only UK hotel to feature on the Hottest New Hotels list. It is among select locations listed in the 19th annual Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best Awards for Hotels. Roomzzz York Aparthotel has 97 apartments across four storeys, including a penthouse. Many rooms have balconies or floor-to-ceiling windows, with views over the River Ouse and Rowntree Park.
