Belarus and Russia are planning to sign an intergovernmental agreement on the recognition of an electronic signature (electronic digital signature) in an electronic document for cross-border electronic in April, Pavel Tkach said during the forum.
Top officials of the RCC Executive Committee, representatives of the CIS branch of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the Belarusian Communications and Informatization Ministry, telecommunication companies from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan are taking part in the session.
"According to the latest estimates, we were the CIS leaders from the point of view of development of information and communication technologies. We have something to share. This is why I think it will be interesting for the colleagues. We intend to advance even more actively and occupy higher positions,” Pavel Tkach stressed.
The TIBO 2023 forum will open on 18 April. According to Pavel Tkach, the event will last for four days, so everyone will have an opportunity to attend it.
