中捷綠線日運量掉到剩2成 議員喊虧慘了 - 生活

受國內武漢肺炎（新型冠狀病毒病，COVID-19）疫情衝擊，各行各業均受影響，台中捷運公司董事長林志盈今在議會回應議員質詢時，指出這週每日運量約1萬多人次，約是預估量的1/5，市議員曾朝榮喊「虧慘了」，促中捷公司加強「吸客」策略，交通局增設停車空間及轉乘運輸，開發搭乘意願；林志盈與交通局長葉昭甫均強調，已著手加強改善。曾朝榮表示，北屯區是台中人口成長最多的地區，且大坑步道人氣旺，中捷綠線終點站也在北屯，但因相關交通配套規劃不足，中捷綠線使用率不高，也無助把外地人帶進北屯區休閒。他詢問中捷綠線目前運量如何，林志盈回應，這週每日運量約1萬多人次，約是預估量的1/5。 ....
