Healthcare executive lists mansion in Belcaro for $4M

Behind the private gates of Cedar Lane in Belcaro, a health executive’s 8,000-square-foot home has hit the market for nearly $4 million.
Earl H. Devanny III purchased the property at 2821 E. Cedar Ave., Unit 3, in 2018, for $3.25 million, according to property records.
Built in 2016 by Aurora-based Wiggs Custom Homes, this six-bedroom, six-bathroom property features a French-inspired design with a stone exterior, vaulted ceilings with wooden beams and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace.
The home features European-inspired finishes.
Devanny is CEO of TractManager, a company that helps hospitals with budgets and compliance. Prior to that, he was president of Massachusetts-based Nuance Communications and CEO of TriZetto Corp.
January top home sales: 3 Cherry Hills Village mansions sell for over $7M

The chairman of Fentress Architects, the firm that designed DIA’s tented terminal, purchased a $7.85 million mansion in Cherry Hills Village last month.
The 14,239-square-foot home at 3 Churchill Drive was the most expensive home to sell locally in January.
Agatha Kessler purchased the home on Jan. 19 under the entity Magic Coco LLC, according to property records. In addition to serving as chairman, she is the wife of Fentress Architects’ founder and CEO Curtis Fentress, according to previous media coverage.
Fentress founded the firm in 1980, and since then has completed multi-million dollar projects around the world, including the Colorado Convention Center, Empower Field at Mile High stadium and Incheon International Airport in South Korea, according to its website.
Top 10: The Denver region’s highest-priced home sales of 2020

While December isn’t officially in the books, 2020 has seen plenty of million-dollar home sales throughout this year’s real estate boom.
The top sale of the year coming in at $16 million was the 6,800-square-foot western-facing penthouse atop the 45-story Four Seasons. It was the highest-priced condo sale in Denver history.
