Die neu eingeführte Erwerbsausfallentschädigung sollte dabei helfen, die schwierige Situation zu überbrücken. Doch nicht alle, die einen Antrag stellten, erhielten Gelder. Eine Erfahrung, die auch eine medizinische Masseurin aus dem Kanton Aargau machen musste.
Weil sie nur indirekt von den durch den Bundesrat angeordneten Schliessungen betroffen und ihr Einkommen aus selbstständiger Tätigkeit zu tief sei, habe sie keinen Anspruch auf Corona-Erwerbsersatz, entschied die kantonale Ausgleichskasse. Dagegen setzte sich die Frau zur Wehr – mit Erfolg. Das Aargauer Versicherungsgericht hiess ihre Beschwerde zumindest teilweise gut, schickte den Fall zurück und verlangte weitere Abklärungen. Die Ausgleichskasse wollte dieser Aufforderung nicht nachkommen und wandte sich ans ....
