Starting next Friday, Bedrock launches a four-month Decked Out Detroit promotion for dining, shopping and activities at heated pergolas downtown. Diners can grab restaurant take-outs and sit in one of the structures open on all four sides. A news release doesn t say how many temporary huts will be erected.
