The Bedford County Historical Societyâs Historian of the Year Committee has chosen Regina Williams of Clearville as the Historian of the Year for 2020.
Williams is a resident of Bedford County and is president of the Southampton Historical Society, having been involved in its inception, and a member of the Bedford County Historical Society.
