Mark Rogers has been decided - - A local resident who originally saw himself going into agriculture, has been named by the Governor as the new 16th Judicial District Judge. 
On November 15, 2023 Tennessee Governor Bill Lee announced that Terry Fann would represent the people of the 16th Judicial District and replace long-time . ....
