The blue tones in the living room rug emulates the curves of ocean surface waves The first apartment, dubbed the Day unit, emanates a bright and cosy atmosphere. The 1,292sqft space makes use of predominantly creamy shades and light wood to create a stylish yet peaceful environment. Metallic details in a champagne gold finish add a luxurious touch. To soften the look of the space, the team included plenty of curved elements. The master bedroom features a hand-carved wave design on the headboard, while the guest bedroom sports a unique rounded headboard with curved strips.
The rugs in both the master bedroom and living room were also customised to simulate the undulating pattern of ocean waves. The bookmatched onyx feature wall in the living room with its wavy decorative design, adds a graceful touch. “The marble finishes in the living and dining areas serve as a focal point as well as a visual link connecting these two areas,” says Loh. ....
