The Enforcement Directorate on Thursday registered a case against the British Broadcasting Company (BBC) India under Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) for irregularities in foreign funding.
The DU V-C had earlier said the punishment for the six students was to write a letter to the administration expressing that they are sorry and won’t repeat the act again.
