What does it mean to get a loan. What is a down payment. What are monthly payments. What is danceable and interest in taxes and insurance. What does that mean when i want to sell the property. Do i get to buy it in the next year and flip it and sell it for market rate . No area you need to know that before you go through the process. We completely understand that we are targeting one third of our population. We also understand that maybe not all of those people want to buy home. That is what we are trying to find out. I think if theyve never bought a home, sometimes people just dont know the questions to ask. What we are trying to do is take one of the six hour classes.
