Storm callum left thousands of homes and businesses without power. Flooding and fallen trees left roads and rail lines blocked but the met office says weather conditions will improve today. Chi chi izundu reports. Wales hasnt seen floodwater like this for decades. Overnight, more rain, more flood defences breached. In carmarthenshire, police remain at the scene of a landslide. One man was killed here. Officers are warning against all but essential travel. Wales bore the brunt of storm callum. Torrential rain and wind has flooded homes and left some without power. Ive been here 26, 27 years. I was born here and ive never seen it this bad. Its quite bad. Some of the smaller cars are trying to get through, and then, well, theyre going through, but at the other end, theyre just breaking down because the waters so deep on the road
