Storm callum left thousands of homes and businesses without power. Flooding and fallen trees left roads and rail lines blocked but the met office says weather conditions will improve today. One man was killed here. Officers are warning against all but essential travel. Wales bore the brunt of storm callum. Torrential rain and wind has flooded homes and left some without power. Some of the smaller cars are trying to get through, and then, well, theyre going through, but at the other end, theyre just breaking down because the waters so deep on the road
