Hes been charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, by spreading lies, dishonesty, fraud and deceit. Hes described the indictment as ridiculous. It is the third criminal case against mr trump whos already been accused of mishandling classified government documents and of covering up a Hush Money Payment to a porn star.
