BAY CITY, MI - The Bay City Commission approved two modifications to its agreements with the private company that is preparing to take over and implement tolls on the Liberty and Independence bridges.
Commissioners unanimously approved amendments to both the Acquisition and Development Agreement (ADA) and the Operations and Maintenance Agreement (O&M) with United Bridge Partners (UBP) and its subsidiary Bay City Bridge Partners (BCBP) during a virtual meeting on Monday, April 19.
