STAY AWAY. Worst experience we have ever been through.
I can go on and on in details but TL;DR; - these guys are money-pullers.
We hired them for a very major house remodel ($500k+). In the beginning they will give you a nice appealing quote, not a cheap one, top dollar, you definitely can find a better quote, but Baron s reputation appeals. You sign contract and then nightmare starts. Forget about finishing project on time, double or triple it. They will start on the project by opening everything up, then will stall project as much as they can, so nobody shows up on job site, periodically someone appears and does a little. Nobody supervises subcontractors, and these do mistakes all the time. As soon as you are on the hook with them, they will initiate their game of Change Orders , finding out that something costs more then what they originally thought, and that thing can be 15%-25% of you original quote.
