The Ontario government is providing more than $160,000 to four local retirement homes to help cover COVID-19 related costs.
A statement from Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli’s office Wednesday said the funding will cover costs related to hiring, training and testing additional staff, as well as sanitizing residences and purchasing supplies to prevent and contain the spread of infection.

“Our government has been clear since the beginning of the pandemic that keeping people safe and healthy is our priority,” Fedeli said.
