The harassment is alleged to have taken place in Davey Close, Falmouth
A 74-YEAR-OLD woman convicted in 2018 of harassing her neighbours has been accused of breaching a restraining order made against her.
Barbera Jean Shirley Minns of 17 Daveys Close, Falmouth was originally convicted in August 2018 at Truro Magistrates Court of a two year campaign of harassment against her neighbours Gary Authers and Adele Richards.
She was sentenced to 36 weeks in prison, suspended for two years, and had a restraining order made against her.
That order was for Barbera Minns not to contact Gary Authers or Adele Richards directly or indirectly and not to enter the curtilage of 15 Davey Close or loiter outside. ....
