PVSD is looking at ways to unify policies after the school board decided to retire a controversial policy governing use of restroom and locker room facilities.
The students will be on the grounds of SCI Phoenix which opened in 2018 and replaced Graterford Prison and because that property is located within the district boundaries, state law makes the education of those students the district's responsibility, she explained.
