As Tropical Storm Dante dumped rains, its driver had parked the taxi roadside near the creek to avoid a flooded area in Barangay Subangdaku, Mandaue City past 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 1. But the flood reached the taxi and swept it into the creek, carrying it to Paray.
