In his report on Thursday, Brig. Gen. Cesar Pasiwen identified fugitive as John Mark Del Rosario, of Barangay Minuyan Proper, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. Pasiwen said personnel of the San Jose Del Monte City police, Regional Intelligence Unit 3, Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Team, Rizal Municipal police, and other operating units, served a warrant of arrest against Del Rosario in Barangay San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal for murder.
