Season. A lot of us spent the day with family and friends while others took time to remember the real reason for the holiday, those that lost their lives in defense of protecting our country. There was plenty to do. We are going to hit preps pizza and go to the boards. Veterans groups, local Law Enforcement and others winded up in wildwood for the parade. Of des moines, where police say someone shot and killed two officers in two separate shootings. Just after 1oclock, someone shot an officer near Urbandale High School and then 20 minutes later, another shooting where an officer was shot and killed a few blocks south of Merle Hay Mall. Both officers were sitting in their cars when someone attacked. We listened to a news c police. They say there is no one in custody at this point in time. They call the suspect a coward, and police are working quickly to try to determine who is the shooter. Theres someone out there shooting Police Officers we hope we find him before anyone else gets hurt and defiently dont want anyone in the public or in the community to get hurt.
