P2 driver charged with high-range PCA at Bankstown
A man will face court today for multiple driving offences including high-range PCA in Sydney’s west yesterday.
About 12pm Thursday 23 April 2021, officers attached to Bankstown Traffic and Highway Patrol responded to reports about the driving of a black Mazda SUV in the Greenacre area.
Police stopped the vehicle on Hillcrest Avenue and spoke with the driver, a 23-year-old man.
Checks revealed the man was driving while his P2 licence was cancelled and his application for a new licence had been refused.
The man was arrested and taken to Bankstown Police Station where he underwent a breath analysis that returned an alleged reading of 0.183 grams of alcohol in 210 litres of breath.
